Key Accountabilities主要职责:

In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

 Recruitment 招聘(25%)

To manage all recruitment activities ensuring smooth and effective recruitment process at all times for assigned area of business

负责被编排的业务部门所有招聘工作并确保运作顺利和有效的开展

To liaise with line departments on recruitment needs and monitor the recruitment process meeting the expectation of Hiring Managers

与部门经理保持紧密的沟通,监督招聘流程并满足用人部门需求

To be responsible for hiring quality and timeliness

对招聘质量和效率负责

To identify ways to improve Lane Crawford’s ability to attract talent  

明确和提升连卡佛对人才吸引的方式和方法

To initiate interventions to enable an ongoing supply of top quality candidates to meet LC needs

确保优秀人才的供应以满足连卡佛公司对人才的需求

To monitor headcount level and ensure recruitment activities are carried out within budget

确保在人数预算范围内进行招聘工作

To be personally responsible for hiring of supervisory and above level positions 

负责主管及以上岗位的招聘任务

To conduct recruitment interventions such as career talks, recruitment days which help build Lane Crawford image as an employer of choice

组织宣讲会、职业体验日等招聘活动,树立良好的连卡佛公司的品牌及口碑

Relationship Management 员工关系管理(20%)

To provide advice to line managers on staffing issues, performance management, compensation and benefit issues

向部门经理提供有效的人员、绩效、薪资福利问题的建议和帮助

To address HR issues such as disputes, Fesco requirements etc.

解决人力资源相关问题纠纷,满足Fesco相关要求等

To promote employee relations through ongoing coaching and effective communication

通过有效的沟通和辅导提升员工关系

Human Resources Operations 人力资源业务(20%)

To be the account manager of all departments in providing timely HR services and support.

作为客户经理向各部门及时提供人力资源服务和支持

To be responsible for the implementation of HR programs and policies in a quality manner

负责人力资源项目推进及有效政策的执行

To ensure all human resources actions such as promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, resignations & terminations are executed in accordance with the company policies

确保人员晋升、薪酬调整、转岗、离职及辞退等工作在符合公司政策下开展

To ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with legal and statutory requirements

确保人力资源政策及流程符合法律法规的要求

To identify opportunities where technology can be leveraged to enhance efficiency and accuracy on data management and work processes

认定方法利用技术手段,提高效率和准确的数据管理和工作流程

To monitor the HRIS to ensure up-to-date personal records are maintained

监督确保人员信息及时维护进入HRIS系统

To manage regional staff deployment among Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai offices.

管理香港、北京和上海办公室员工的区域性工作调动

To support expatriate staff in areas of work visa applications, accommodation, relocation arrangements, etc

协助外籍员工的工作签证、住宿、搬迁等安排

To assist Director of Human Resources in establishing and monitoring the annual manpower & staff cost budget processes.

协助人力资源总监建立并监控年度人力和人员成本预算流程

To provide HR reports and statistics on time and accurately

准确及时的提供人力资源报表和分析 

Talent Leadership and Development 领导力和发展 (25%)

To be a role model and reinforce the Company’s vision and values and Customer Service promise at all times

作为榜样强化公司愿景、价值观和客户服务承诺

To reinforce LC heritage, Brand DNA and culture - through storytelling and sharing successes at every opportunity

坚持连卡佛品牌和历史文化理念认证看待每一个机会

To provide the necessary leadership, coaching and guidance to the Beijing Team to ensure commitment to achieve the Store business plans and objectives 

向北京团队提供必要的领导和指导,达成店铺的业务计划和目标

To personally demonstrate the LC Leadership Competencies and behaviours and use these competencies as a tool to coach and develop all team members 

展示连卡佛所要求的领导能力和行为,指导和发展团队成员

To fully participate in PDP, developing knowledge and understanding of Beijing team strengths and opportunities to develop team members

全力参与PDP项目,发现并提升北京团队成员的优势和机会

To partner with Store Manager, Director of Human Resources and Senior VP-HR to facilitate Talent conversations with line managers and identify local Talent Pipeline using the full suite of Talent Tools

协同店经理、人力资源总监和资深副总裁-人力资源开展与直线经理的人才对话活动,识别当地团队的人才发展通道

To support the development of individuals with relevant learning opportunities to ensure success in current and future roles

支持员工的个人学习与发展机会,能成功的面对当前和未来的角色

To build personal connection with all team members, taking time to understand them as individuals, identifying ways to retain and engage

与所有团队成员建立良好的关系,吸引和保留他们

To take appropriate corrective action with team members who fall below standard (in consultation with the Chief People Officer)

对没有达到工作标准的团队成员采取适当的矫正措施

Human Resources Services 人力资源服务 (10%)

To assist in all human resources actions such as promotion, salary adjustment, transfer, resignation and termination are executed in accordance with the company policies

协助开展人力资源其他的工作开展,确保符合公司的政策和标准,包括人员晋升、薪酬调整、转岗、离职及辞退等 

To ensure all HR activities comply with the legal statutory and Fesco requirements

确保所有的人力资源工作的开展符合相关法律法规的要求并与Fesco所要求标准一致 

To input into HRIS to ensure up-to-date personal records are maintained

确保员工档案信息在HRIS系统中准确及时的维护 

To provide HR reports and statistics in a timely and accurate way

准确及时完成各项人力资源报表和分析 

To promote employee relations through ongoing advice and effective communication

开展员工活动及有效沟通以提升员工关系 

To provide advice to ‘customers’ on staffing issues, performance management, compensation and benefit issues

为客户提供招聘、绩效管理、薪酬福利等人事建议和支持

 To assist in the implement HR programs and policies in a quality manner

以有素质的工作态度协助实施人力资源项目和政策 

To undertake any other duties / special assignments as directed by the Human Resources Manager

完成人力资源经理安排的其他工作和任务
